3. Service Scope and Fees

We charge a travel consultation and agency processing fee for our booking assistance services. These service fees cover our dedicated planning staff, coordinate management, reservation support, and booking updates. Customers who choose to use our services acknowledge that they are paying an additional convenience fee above the official rail provider's retail ticket price, and that they can alternative book directly with transport operators without travel agency fees.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of schedules, transit options, and transit rules, we do not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of third-party schedule data. Real-time changes, weather delays, and maintenance are subject to the carrier's operating terms and are out of our direct control.

5. Booking Requests & Live Scrapes

Any searches executed on our site query B2B partner APIs or authorized travel agency booking streams. If live inventories are unavailable or query limits are reached, bookings default to a request-based concierge flow. A submission of a booking request does not constitute a guaranteed ticket until officially confirmed and issued by our travel desk agents.
