3. Service Scope and Fees

We charge a travel consultation and agency processing fee for our booking assistance services. These service fees cover our dedicated planning staff, coordinate management, reservation support, and booking updates. Customers who choose to use our services acknowledge that they are paying an additional convenience fee above the official rail provider's retail ticket price, and that they can alternative book directly with transport operators without travel agency fees.

Real-time changes, weather delays, and maintenance are subject to the carrier's operating terms and are out of our direct control.
