Amtrain coordinates ticket purchases on your behalf. Eligibility for refunds depends entirely on the carrier operator's ticket options, booking fare rules, and cancellation timeframes.
Depending on the fare class selected during booking, your ticket will fall under one of these primary carrier categories:
Our dedicated travel agency planning, search, processing, and handling convenience fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged for our immediate travel planning and booking coordination services and are fully earned when your reservation request is processed and issued.
To request a refund, please contact our support desk at `refunds@amtrain.online` or call our support lines. Once we verify ticket eligibility with the carrier operator, we will initiate the refund. Bank card refunds typically settle within 5 to 10 business days.
