Generally, full-service Dining Cars are reserved for Sleeper class passengers. Coach class passengers have access to the Café Car / Lounge Car located on the lower level, which sells sandwiches, pizzas, snacks, and beverages throughout the trip.

Is there Wi-Fi on the Empire Builder?
